Iceland Luxury wanted to engage travel audiences in a different way, so we created a series of videos with five inspiring Icelanders to give audiences deeper emotionally-driven insights into this popular destination, and increase awareness of new products from Iceland Luxury and their partners at the same time.
How do you keep audiences interested when you’re already in the limelight? While tourism to Iceland is still booming, there is always the danger of falling behind as ‘last year’s trend’. Making the most of this highly visual destination, we created a series of short thought-provoking video stories with five of Iceland’s cultural tastemakers to successfully show the country in a new light – highlighting its growing foodie scene, its delicate but powerful landscapes, and its cultural drives. This was supported by compelling, digital content that targeted new audiences for Iceland in both the corporate incentive travel and food tourism sectors. We included an interactive quiz for audiences to actively engage with the campaign content, bite size editorial features for quick access, and an extensive and beautifully designed digital magazine to give further in-depth insight into this incredible destination.
