Illustration & Animation for Bloody Good Period for Womens day

An animated Gif for international womens day to support the women’s day theme of Press for Progress. It was important to be inclusive and diverse, so the illustration replaces skin tones with red and purple tones and depicting many characters as gender queer, non-binary and androgynous. I collaborated with animator Michelle Reymond to bring the piece to life.
