Ouroboros follows A young woman who is conscious of a presence in her apartment. Reality and her dreams collide and she is left locked in a loop of time she can not escape, tormented by a fragment of herself on another timeline. 'Ouroboros', an ancient Greek symbol depicting a serpent eating it's own tail gave me the inspiration for this short film, I imagined a troubled soul imprisoned by her own paranoia and tapped in a loop of time that appears to endlessly recreate itself, it's end is in it's beginning. The story aims to explore mental illnesses and illuminate what it might be like to experience it through events that are either from inside the mind of the protagonist or some other origin.
