Independent Hotel Show 2016-2020
Inspiring and informative, the Independent Hotel Show, is the UK's largest and best established business event in support of the luxury, boutique and independent hotel sector. A firm fixture in the calendar of independent hoteliers and industry professionals alike, the show presents a curated collection of over 300 innovative product and service providers together with expert insight from our Seminar Programme and multiple networking opportunities.
I started working on the Independent Hotel Show in 2015 as a freelance event manager and became the full-time event manager in 2017. I ran the event until March 2020.
As the event manager I held responsibility for:
- Full budget responsibility
- Creative developement of the event format
- Commercial management
- Comunity building
- Cross functional team mangement
