As part of the 'Digital Experiences' module at university, we were tasked with a challenging goal of conceptualising and designing a digital experience based around retail. I had chosen to target the every day grocery shopper as I felt there was a problem here that could be solved.
The module had us take a modern route to designing experiences, I produced a number of design frameworks such as experience maps, service blueprints, and user journeys. These frameworks were helpful in thinking about the experience as a whole, from before the actual experience takes place, during the experience, and after it.
