Interchange Light Installation

Tom Dixon, Design Research Studio
My role - Project Lead Designer
Location - London, UK
Year - 2016
The Design Research Studio’s interventions whithin the Interchange co-working space include a custom lighting installation crafted from 25 m laser-cut stainless steel tubes in the atrium four-storey foyer. The installation makes use of forced perspective, appearing as a large geometric arrangement of lit tubes when seen from one end, but forming the “I” of the Interchange logo when seen from another.
