This was a really enjoyable project to work on because I had complete creative freedom with art direction, brand positioning to name but a few. I started working with Jack the Clipper when the business was operating out of one shop. The brand is now successfully operating from 5 locations in London and has gained celebrity status catching the attention of big brands like Lynx and Penhaligon's, resulting in successful collaborations. The aim was to bring something completely new and utilise the back story of the famous Jack the Ripper and apply it to barbering without being too cliche. So I redesigned the image of Jack into a modern day hipster by infusing elements of the ripper story into several different touch points and ensured that the brand identity was carried across various assets.
