A fully integrated Facebook application launched as part of British fashion brand Jaeger's activity for Vogue's Fashion Night Out. It performed as part of a wider strategic focus on growing social media channels and community engagement, as well as an innovative move on from previous competitions.
The app was developed by the agency One Iota and was deeply integrated on the Facebook platform to make the experience completely social, enabling in-store shoppers at the event to design and style their own garment. Once designed, users were then able to easily share their entry with friends and receive votes, the winner receiving the most votes via the app would win an exclusive piece of jewellery from the Scott Wilson for Jaeger London range.
It resulted in an increase of Facebook fans, increased fan page awareness and acquired data from competition entrants whilst offering a fun and engaging point of difference at the event.
