A young man who has never properly come to terms with his mother’s death, has to look after his sister’s dog. Whilst in his care the dog begins to unlock the man’s repressed emotions, however the dog dies. His sister is insistent that the dog is laid to rest at a particular location and so the boy sets out with the dog in his mother’s suitcase. En route the suitcase (and dog) are stolen. The man returns home.
