  • Veronica Asenso

Konsept X, Resis'Dance (UK), and Eva Rowson (UK) An introduction and conversation on stage on the DJ-collectives/platforms Konsept X (Bergen) and Resis'Dance (UK) and curator Eva Rowson (UK)—on how they met through the club TRAMAR, and their work on representation and visibility. —Konsept X is a music collective based in Bergen, established in 2017 with the aim of promoting diversity and balance in the music industry. They are also a non-profit organisation with the mission to be an inclusive arena for people who are interested in expressing themselves through music and other cultural endeavors. —London based Resis'Dance are a diverse group of women taking hold of the tech and decks and supporting underfunded groups. They came together to organise amazing party nights–whilst challenging gender norms in the party and political scene. Resis'Dance advocate highly for "safer spaces" through workshops and talks that aim to teach and discuss how to tackle discrimination on the dance floor. They are all on stage both March 29 and 30, and Konsept X and Resis'Dance will also DJ during the club night at Ingensteds, Oslo.
