Work included the demolition of an existing rear extension and building of a new one with 4 large skylight windows, new solid wood flooring and the installation of a fitted kitchen. The whole ground floor of the house was completely renovated with new plastering, decorating and flooring throughout. Additional plumbing and electrical connections were also made and custom-built storage fitted. The purpose of general modernization of the property was successfully met, allowing the owners to raise the market value of the house substantially and to consequently sell it within a month from completion to a profit of more than %20 of its previous value.
