This was an interesting project as I was asked to create a workflow which was a new element to my role as a freelance retoucher. The project before I undertook it was in some confusion as there was a crossover in photographers and miss-labelling of files. It was my job to organise, identify and put in place a retouch process. I created a look book, series of actions to ensure continuity, and recommended photographers to complete the issues still to be addressed in missing files. I really enjoyed having this level of responsibility and was praised for my diligence and work ethic from start to finish on this project
