Klaus Thymann, "Why Noma Is Trying To Cook Venomous Fish in Mexico" - Munchies

Klaus recently went diving with the venomous and invasive lion fish!
Originally from the Indo-Pacific, the fish have overrun the Atlantic and are causing an ecological threat along Northern and Southern Americas coast lines. With the release of 30,000 lion fish eggs every four days, to avoid over population the result has been to fish and cook them, hunting them with spears and puncture resistant gloves.
