KNICKERBOCKER GLORIFER

A machine that distributes the ingredients of the iconic Knickerbocker Glorifier ice cream sundae. Hot raspberry sauce spirals around the copper structure, a meringue is crushed by rotating pineapple that peels into the bowl below. The performance is topped by a popping balloon that sprinkles icing sugar over the dramatic dessert.
