Kiyokawa Distillery's brand identity intertwines luxury with the warmth of tradition and the spark of innovation. We honour a deep-rooted heritage in sake brewing, a legacy that stretches back to 1823, channeling centuries of craftsmanship into every bottle. Located amidst the majestic mountains of Iiyama, this independent distillery finds its home in one of Japan's most serene landscapes. The palette references the entire whisky making process. From the barley we cultivate to the casks we use for maturing the whisky, down to the final liquid colour. Copper accents are drawn from the state-of-the-art pot still we use in the distillery.
