Since my inception at EHL, I have participated in many projects that are instrumental to my future career development, among the highlights are: being part of a team work for the concept week whereby a pop- up restaurant based on the theme of Les Années Folles was created, and an 18-month individual assignment of a hotel renovation in London which resulted in a complete business plan with a professional website - presented in front of external and financial hospitality experts.
