To design the identity of the mindful leadership training programme which consisted of visual strategy and eight illustrated workbooks. Taking visual reference from the Swiss international design movement, the visual system of spacious bold and centralised shapes was created to convey calm and well-balanced aspiring leaders. The leaders were to be challenged with making better decisions. The design needed to reflect this spirit, thus the act of looking inwards to encourage harmony and clarity was visually defined.
