'Let's Talk' is a campaign advocating dialogue on mental health in young adults, using the tactile and interactive properties inherent to the medium of paper.
The strategy aims to encourage discussion with a light–hearted approach which in turn will assist individuals in self-reflection and towards searching for support from their peers. The pack includes interactive collateral such as a conversation starter card pack.
The interactive element aims to bring young adults together and nurture a supportive and caring environment and support group. It hopes to relieve some of the stigma typically associated to the discussion with having a mental illness, or of possessing some of its characteristics.
