I was approached by the Scalpel company “Excel Blades” to create a paper-piece that represented my cultural background, made using their scalpels.
As I am Dutch, it decided to proudly use the colour Orange alongside a bright blue palette, creating an everyday street-scene in Holland… complete with miniature paper bicycles!
I created the piece out of separate, self-standing paper elements, so that I can potentially turn the set into a Stop Motion Animation in the future.
