Project proposal by CIJ is challenge the PFI and privatising public services. The project took to the Borough of Hounslow, as the whole of Hounslow is currently privatised by the PFI, and some residence are fully aware of the change and others have no knowledge of who the PFI's are. The product outcome has only two purposes, to attract locals and pedestrians and create a water line. The objective of the product is to create conversations to residence and passing pedestrians. The absurd colour palette allows the contraption to stand out and help viewers understand where boroughs splits, using the terms "public" and "private".
