'London Minds' is a peer-to-peer service that signposts users to useful resources and external sites that will aid them in self-managing their mental health. Users are able to feedback on surfaced recommendations, making the service a collaborative tool for Londoners to communicate and share community-led information with their mental health.

Through filtering options and user behaviour, users are signposted to content that will aid in further understanding and supporting them with their mental health. Users are able to feedback on surfaced recommendations, making the service a collaborative tool for Londoners to communicate and offer peer-to-peer information with their mental health.

The service was designed and developed following agile methodologies with both the design and development teams working in two-week sprints, iterating and learning as user feedback loops informed design.
A design system was an important element of this project. As user feedback was informing the designs with each sprint, the brand had to evolve iteratively and update across the platform quickly and seamlessly. With this approach, the focus could remain on solving the user needs.

For the branding of the platform, we ensured that the logotype retained legibility in line with accessibility guidelines, whilst capturing the peer-to-peer nature of the product was depicted through the integration of the speech bubble.
The Mindwave Ventures Team developed the product further beyond this beta phase. London Minds has since been rebranded to Good Thinking and is now managed and delivered by Healthy London Partnership.
