Longines Masters (Long Island, New York)

It was an undeniable pleasure working with the team at Longines Masters for their New York City rendition of this famous equestrian event! Oxygen Eventworks lead the A/V production, design, management and delivery during this week-long ‘work-cation’ at Long Island’s Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. I had the honor of being one of the project leads, coordinating our production from start to end. We topped off the Saturday night with a VIP party ft. renowned European DJ, Henri PFR. My role in the lead up to the event as well as on-site included handling several production meetings, client calls, event staffing/crewing, production operation/logistics, event coordination and most importantly, client communication and management. When onsite, it involved 360 production execution around audio, lighting, and video; collaborating with the event producers and their direct team whilst managing and supporting my own team throughout the week-long event.
