LOUIS C14 chair

During the last Salone Del Mobile I saw much furniture based on baroque and victorian styles, taking their design features as well as they were and remixing them with new materials and production technologies.
Adding a bunch of minimalism, I enjoyed myself to imagine how King Louis XIV could have wanted his courtiers' chairs almost 300 years after his death. Maybe he could have made them with pure gold and damask velvet... This chair has to be made with a bended steel structure cushioned with memory foam, coated with high stress-resistant luxurious fabrics or leathers. Its particularity is that the cushioning runs from the inside of the back to the ouside of the leg through the sitting, giving a dynamic in and out feature
