Lulu walked hurriedly towards us, her orange bandana in place, her bubbly personality spilled out from within even from her first few words - Lulu would be a pleasant lady to chat with, I thought. Over the next couple of hours we would hear about her start in the Indonesian short film industry, how she found her way into film festivals left and right, establishing herself as a passionate scholar in the field.
