M&S Pass the Parcel

Designed and built the hugely popular Pass the Parcel game, in which fans unwrap a layer of an online parcel to win one of over 200,000 prizes, and pass it on to their friends for more unwraps. Our results were even better than previou years, with 12.5 million unwraps and 1.3 million unique registrations - nearly double the number in 2014. Customer engagement was significantly higher than the year before, with 92 percent positive sentiment on the brand's social channels.
