Conduction of a market study for an innovative French food brand called Michel & Augustin.
We (4 students) worked on the implementation of a new product: a chocolate mousse. We did primary research, organized 2 roundtables, did quantitative and qualitative analysis and made operational recommendations (development, marketing, packaging, princing, naming)
