Mary Jane

Inspired by the ads for OCB cigarette paper manufacturer. The main illustration deals with the act of licking an cigarette paper. The main character Mary Jane is an icon for the "plant of gods" which everybody knows as weed. Glorifying the act of complition puts the paper into focus. The style inspiration comes from the great master of art noveau, Alfons Mucha. In depth this illustration uses a special picture from Mucha where he painted an illustration for JOB.
