“Força, Equilibri, Valor i Seny” (Strength, Balance, Courage, and Common Sense). These words are at the heart of Castells, the centuries-old Catalan tradition of forming human towers. What fascinated me most was how this tradition, born in Catalonia, found a new home in Alghero, Sardinia, uniting people from all backgrounds.
