Samuel Dougal is tailoring's new name to watch. The London College of Fashion graduate worked for Alexander McQueen and Philip Treacy before launching his own label last year, where he runs couture and ready-to-wear. He has since attracted fans in Rihanna and Paloma Faith. Not bad considering he's only 26.
