Mencap wanted to encourage competitors in it's sporting events to try other fundraising challenges by seeing themselves as playing for a larger team. I split the events up into 3 areas - Sport, Challenge and Extreme to make it clear what type of events on offer. Each area has it's own identity and badge that's rolled out across apparel, online, print and event materials. The three badges come together to make a whole 'Team Mencap' logo which also appears on all the branding. The result is a modern and functional design that joins up over 10 events and delivers a clear message.
