Metamorphosis / Dior

A fashion feature commissioned by Hunger magazine. Showcasing Dior Homme Spring Summer 2014. The series portrays relationships and questions identity in the age of technology. It sparks a question, “In the process of programming machines to be more humans, have humans subconsciously programmed themselves to become more artificial?’.
A dystopian feeling becomes embodied by the heavily airbrushed and seemingly cold facial expressions of the model. The art direction was influenced by the geometric patchwork of the collection reminiscent of Mondrian paintings.
