Metro Central Heights is a series of interlinked tower blocks designed by the late Hungarian architect Erno Goldfinger. The building is situated in Elephant and Castle, one of London’s busiest traffic junctions. This publication looks at the contrast between the architect’s utopian vision of the building, against the reality of an underfunded and congested district.
