For the baritone Michael Nagy, a freelance opera singer, I got to design a visual identity.
The handwritten logo was printed in letterpress on Gmund Cotton Cream paper business cards.
The surname Nagy is Hungarian and often pronounced in many different – false – ways. Although Mister "Noadsch" answers to many versions we wanted to be play it safe and showed the phonetic spelling in blind embossing on the business cards in addition to the logo.
Concept and design of the website is based on simple, linear typographic compositions in combination with pictures and hero images.
The singer's maxim "firmly standing on the ground, reaching for the stars" was the source of inspiration for the range of colours. Blue for balance and calm, combined with red for vigour and energy.
