The concept for Mister Paganini centered around the dynamic tile pattern, drawing patrons through the restaurant to the Little Stanley St dining overlooking the Southbank Parklands. With a simple yet authentic menu, the fitout captures the atmosphere of the traditional Italian Bistro whilst also reflecting the colour and personality of the Southbank dining precinct.
