Mocha, Dating App UI Design
Mocha is a dating app concept for African and Caribbean men and women who are looking to meet new people and make connections. The idea came from the need for a well-designed dating app for black people in the UK, who are looking to date win their community.
The design takes inspiration from page apps such as; Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge. It's meant to be familiar, therefore swiping is one of the main functions. There is also a large emphasis on the pictures of potential matches as well as icebreakers to help get conversations started.
