The cardboard crib were designed for australian market as to propagate the Finnish model. In Finnland after a baby was born in a hospital, Parents are offered to receive a "starter pack". The box contains necessary products such as diapers, lotions, nursing bottles, comforters etc. And the box itself can be used as the baby's first crib, if the parents does not have one yet.

The cardboard crib we designed have another special feature, it can be used as a cradle. With its top turned upside down and slided onto the bottom, the curved edges can manage the rocking movement.
This is especially important nowdays when people do not usualy purchase a cradle for the baby in its early weeks (with account for growing it out fast), but in fact this rocking movement in the first weeks is crutial for babies to develop their ability for balance (to improve their inner gyroscope).

The unicorn graphic on top were made by our client's relative, so we completed the look with a seemly side pattern and a logo. (further colour versions are available)
