• A few likeminded associates and I founded an artist development and management company to learn first-hand how live entertainment, social media and management of a grass roots act is done.
• Liaising with festivals and venues to secure bookings and increasing social media awareness of an act and further engage existing audiences; were part of the experience I found particularly satisfying when completed successfully.
• As of July the Moxie Management team disbanded however from our efforts I gained an understanding of the value of working with a group of contemporaries whose skillset and capabilities were so different from my own. My ability to see the value in any viable venture has improved enormously after working as part of this team.
