This project is about creating an internal content management system for agencies and their employees that would include all potential features and benefits from other kind of digital workspace in order to deliver a meaningful user experience. Every agency is facing the problem, at some point, of choosing the right platform for their employees. Every employees has different needs and the design of internal interface is often not designed based on their need and their tasks, but rather based on available technologies and budget. However, designing a common platform properly is crucial to ensure the well-being and efficiency of employees works. This is a tool that is used several times a day and that should be particularly engaging for the user.
This project followed several stages and has been redefined several times to better answer what was really needed on the market place. First of all, a competition analysis has been conducted to assess all the possible options are offered to an agency right now, from the Enterprise Social Network such as Slack to a more complete solution such as an Intranet. Literature review about specifics in designing internal interfaces has been complete to fully understand the issues related to this subject.
