CLIENT Ligeti Quartet THE CHALLENGE The Ligeti Quartet wanted to introduce a wider audience to the incredibly complex music of György Ligeti and get the average music listener interested in this Hungarian composer. THE IDEA Not Everyone can play music and even the ones who can find Ligeti’s music more of an acquired taste due to its complexity. But everyone can appreciate the emotions behind music, whether they can play an instrument or not. We brought the emotions behind Ligeti’s music to life with the help of technology, using the musician’s brain patterns to paint a picture, making for a one of a kind audiovisual experience.
