Our client asked Ian Gunter and his team to re-organize and refurbish her newly acquired three bedroom apartment, in order to make better use of the space and create ‘a clean, bright simple and stylish environment.’
A new living area was opened up from 3 smaller rooms, and re-orientated the main lounge area to take advantage of the natural light and the vibrant city view.The kitchen was relocated, the two bathrooms completely refitted and the whole apartment was restyled and redecorated.
We helped our client to select and procure all of the furnishings and fittings and worked directly with a contractor to implement the scheme to program and budget
