National Inclusion Week - The Mill

I worked with the Learning and Development team to produce the National Inclusion Week programme at The Mill. The collection of events aim was to highlight the importance and benefits of learning and development at work. The collection of panels, workshops, discussions and career events were to connect and inspire the next generation of artists, producers and creatives and highlight the importance of Diversity and Inclusion within the industry. My role included communication between external speakers, ensuring the events ran to time and organisation of the different workshops.
