NHS Confed is the flagship event in the healthcare calendar, and this year Optum was given full complimentary sponsorship. A number of international executives and VIP stakeholders attended the conference, my role was to ensure all guests were given the best customer experience and the event was a complete success.
My responsibilities included:
Managing the exhibition booth design - working with US based design teams to coordinate all branding features.
Managing executive meeting timetable - sourcing appropriate venues, meeting spaces and restaurants.
Briefing all teams ahead of each event day.
Managing executive attendance at panel sessions.
Coordinating post event reporting and feedback.
