Nocturnal Magazine Issue V: Bodies

  • Emma Blake Morsi
As the last Nocturnal issue (find out why we’re on a hiatus on pg. 93) it’s only right to cover a social issue that affects us all – bodies. With insight into owning your body, what it means to be united and society’s influence on our bodies, this issue is poignant, unapologetic and consoling. It reflects the core of our values — to creatively represent authentic stories. Whilst we don’t doubt you’ll go from laughter to crying at the flick of a page, Issue V will make you feel and question things in a whole new light (i.e. society, yourself, life, people, everyone, balloons, nature, aliens). Or at the very least, you’ll finish reading Issue V with a lesson learnt. Our exclusive Issue V collaborators include the Arab Educational Institute Centre. With a #WallMuseum feature story which highlights the invaluable work they’ve been doing to provide a voice for local Palestinians under occupation as a true representation of their daily life and experiences – stay informed, stay in the know!
