We wanted to reach our young customers and potential customers. So we started a new team called Nordea Young.
Their mission is to contact our young customers, and also proctively contact new young customers. We also needed a channel for them to reach a bigger audience - so I set the strategy and implemented our Snapchat channel.
As the first bank in Sweden we entered Snapchat, and our follower base quickly grew a long with the engagement from the followers.
