"Now & Them" Art Exhibition.
A reflection of daily habits and culture in Shanghai.
Shanghai is very special to me and the artist I partnered with, we both are not citizen from this city. When we got the invitation to participate in the exhibition, we decided to base our art on what we see that is happening Now, and about Them, the people who make Shanghai the city that it is today.
All works are sold and incomes will go to charity Stepping Stones which helps kids in rural areas for their eye care services.
In this project, I cooperate with a food photographer from Philippine. Shanghai has been impressing us as a stranger of the city in many ways, from their food to the daily habits of the locals. Therefore, we combine these two factors and form interesting pictures that best describe Shanghai.
Hopefully, you'll see your dim sums in a different light the next time you bite into one!
