The aim of this experimental project was to illustrate dance through the medium of typography. Kaaliyamardan; the mythological story of Lord Krishna and the serpent Kaaliya is a popular narrative in Bharatnatyam - a form of Indian classical dance. Each frame through the medium of expressive typography, illustrates a section of the story based on the emotions or Rasas predominant in that part.
