This project spanned two months of research in which my team created an analysis based on live interviews at coaching venues to understand the client needs and attitude towards coaching. The character of the uncle comes from a deep need for children to feel comfortable, and for parents to get a sense of ease and satisfaction in terms of attention. A mentor is essentially that, a guide and remover of obstacles without being overbearing. The company required a truest building voice, and this voice is constructed keeping into mind a family bond, without the formalities of a stranger. Over the course of this research it was found that the clientele for our chess tangent was focused more on attentive care rather than have a big-name online coach. The voice attempts to echo this ideology and builds a foundation on this premiss.
