The chair itself is driven by my personal manifesto, and inspired by architecture. It is a bespoke, couture, one-off. The Concrete seat with the oak frame are the first in a line of derivations. This then is the catwalk, in terms of my personal work. It becomes the statement with which I enter the world of design. At the rear of the cantilever, the concrete is supported by oak framework, with extends from the regularity of the rest of the frame.
