The job was to convert this 100m2 office space to a luxury two bedroom and two bathroom flat, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. Gas central heating, plumbing and electrical connections and fittings were all new to allow for the new use of the property. The finish was with wooden floors, designer vertical radiators and hand-constructed storage cupboards, including in non-standard shaped alcoves. The property also features exposed brickwork which reflects the heritage of the building. The flat has been rented within days after renovation works were completed.
