The song was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Abbey Road Studios in 2015. It is a modern rock ballad about opening up to love. I initially had a different vision for the video, and I wanted to go for the same high quality, but the budget did not allow it. I always found my inspiration in nature and when it comes to love, I believe animals are the best teachers, so I decided to put together all this short videos that I took during my explorations of Scotland and create an environment that encourages openness. All footage was captured with an old I-Phone and the editing was done on a software that was crashing every 5 minutes, without allowing me to see the footage in real time. It was like editing in the dark. This is not the best representation of my creative skills, but a proof of my resilience, tenacity and determination, as well as my values and what I care about.
